Structured checks, clear records and thoughtful follow-up throughout the sourcing journey.
Taking time to understand investor requirements and potential transaction risks.
Clear communication around assumptions, referral arrangements and next steps.
Our founder, Yvonne Cole, brings a professional background in healthcare science and recruitment-agency assignments, where identity verification, confidential records, mandatory training and procedural compliance are important parts of working practice.
Experience of compliance processes in healthcare settings informs our structured, detail-conscious approach to property sourcing.
We recognise the importance of identifying clients and counterparties, understanding the source of funds where applicable, documenting transactions, recognising warning signs and escalating concerns through appropriate channels.
These principles support more informed introductions and clearer communication with investors, sellers and professional partners.
We aim to provide clear property information, assumptions and due-diligence questions rather than unverified promises.
We seek to understand the requirements of investors and property professionals before recommending potential matches.
Referral arrangements, fees and responsibilities should be agreed in writing and disclosed where required.
OUR COMPLIANCE COMMITMENT
At Eve Pro Source Ltd, professionalism, transparency, integrity and regulatory compliance guide our approach to property deal sourcing and business partnerships.
We recognise the importance of preventing money laundering, terrorist financing and other financial crime. Our approach is informed by applicable UK Money Laundering Regulations and HMRC guidance, including risk assessment, customer due diligence, identity verification, recordkeeping and suspicious activity reporting where required.
Property sourcing and estate agency activities may require HMRC AML supervision. We will obtain any required supervision before commencing activities for which registration is mandatory. Professional training does not itself constitute HMRC approval or supervision.
We are committed to handling personal information responsibly in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, including lawful and transparent processing, data minimisation, confidentiality and appropriate security measures.
Where applicable, the company will register with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and pay the required data protection fee. Any registration status will be communicated accurately.
Our founder brings approximately five years of certified workplace training and compliance-related experience across various agencies. This background supports careful documentation, confidentiality, risk awareness and professional conduct.
Individual training certificates complement, but do not replace, company registrations, statutory supervision or other legal obligations.
We aim to build trusted relationships through clear communication, transparent written arrangements and responsible property sourcing practices, while meeting the legal requirements applicable to our activities.
